Richard W. Greninger
Managing Partner

Richard W. Greninger, CPM, serves as Managing Partner of Carr Services.  Mr. Greninger has over 30 years of Washington, D.C. and national commercial real estate experience.  Prior to forming Carr Services, Mr. Greninger served as Managing Director of Operations for CarrAmerica Realty Corporation.  Mr. Greninger served as President of the Greater Washington Apartment and Office Building Association, Chairman of The Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) International National Advisory Council and President of the Institute of Real Estate Management.  Mr. Greninger graduated from Ohio State University in 1973 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Real Estate, and holds a Masters of Business Administration in Marketing from the University of Cincinnati.

David W. McGee
Controller

Dave McGee is our Controller.  Prior to joining Carr Services, Mr. McGee was with CarrAmerica Realty Corporation for ten years.  At CarrAmerica, he served most recently as the Director of Development and Service Business Accounting.  Prior to his role on the service side of the company, Mr. McGee served as the Director of Internal Reporting responsible for the preparation and delivery of the public company’s financial statements and internal reporting package.  Prior to his tenure at CarrAmerica, Mr. McGee worked in the public accounting field with Grant Thornton, LLP.  He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Maryland and is a Certified Public Accountant.
