A unique partnership brings hospitality and culinary innovation to the forefront of commercial real estate
Owned and operated by Carr Properties, The Hub at 1615 L Street, NW, has announced the grand opening of the newly constructed Lobby Bar, which will be run by renowned Michelin Star Chef Nicholas Stefanelli. In addition to the Lobby Bar, Chef Nicholas Stefanelli will also be bringing another innovative concept to The Hub’s ground floor retail, Officina Café, which is anticipated to open at the beginning of 2020. This follows the announcement of the new Mediterranean concept Stefanelli will be bringing to Midtown Center – the most recent development project completed within the Carr portfolio.
The Lobby Bar is now open Monday through Friday from 7am to 7pm, offering customers and guests of The Hub breakfast, lunch and dinner options, as well as coffee and cocktail menus. As operator of both the Lobby Bar and Officina Café, Stefanelli has worked closely with the Carr Properties team to integrate both concepts into The Hub’s daily operation providing service to the entire building through in-suite dining, catering and dinner takeaway. This hospitality-focused approach is a part of Carr Properties’ larger portfolio-wide initiative, deemed the Carr Experience, aimed at enhancing the workplace by providing needed services and amenities to allow Carr customers to maximize their time – with less stress.
