Ana Martinez is the Director of Human Resources at Carr Properties, where she leads people strategy, talent development, and the overall associate experience. Her background spans healthcare, hospitality, and real estate, with expertise in recruitment, payroll, benefits, and associate relations. Since joining Carr in 2020, she has advanced from HR Generalist to HR Director while driving initiatives that strengthen culture and streamline HR operations. Originally from El Salvador and raised in Washington, DC, Ana is a Posse Foundation scholar and Bucknell University graduate. She is known for her collaborative leadership and commitment to creating a people centered workplace where associates can thrive.
