Senior Vice President, Legal
Patrick Brown serves as Senior Vice President, Legal. In his role, he provides guidance on all aspects of Carr Properties’ in-house legal matters, including finance and capital markets, asset management, leasing, operations, transactions, development and construction, and general corporate and REIT. Patrick also serves as Carr’s in-house risk manager and acting corporate secretary. Prior to joining Carr, he worked at Shulman Rogers, participating in all aspects of commercial real estate transactions. Patrick holds a Master of Laws from Duke University, a Juris Doctorate from the University of Baltimore, and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Pennsylvania State University.
