Ryan Easton

Ryan Easton, Vice President of Engineering & Sustainability, oversees portfolio‑wide engineering operations, energy strategy, and sustainability initiatives for Carr Properties. He partners closely with Carr’s Operations, Development, Information Technology, and executive leadership to enhance building performance, capital planning, smart building technology, and regulatory compliance. Ryan brings extensive experience in asset performance optimization, operational resilience, and energy management across complex, multi‑market portfolios. Before joining Carr Properties in 2023, he spent more than a decade at Cushman & Wakefield in senior leadership roles supporting national asset performance, large‑scale efficiency programs, and decarbonization efforts. He is a Certified Energy Manager (CEM) and a LEED Green Associate.
