Vice President, Leasing
Ryan Lopez serves as Vice President, Leasing at Carr Properties and oversees leasing strategy and execution across its 3.5M SF office portfolio. Prior to Carr, Ryan spent almost a decade at Cushman & Wakefield advising clients and executing on office space transitions on their behalf. Ryan received his Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Boston College and his MBA from Georgetown’s McDonough School of Business. Ryan has been named a “Power Broker” by CoStar and a “40 under 40” honoree by the Washington Business Journal.
