2023 Kingsley Excellence Awards Recognizes Carr Properties as Leader in Customer Service

Carr Properties is pleased to announce it has been named a recipient of the 2023 Kingsley Excellence Awards, which recognize commercial real estate organizations that exceed industry standards to consistently deliver an outstanding customer experience.

This year, nine of our properties spanning across the Washington, DC, Boston, MA, and Austin, TX markets received the honors, outperforming key performance indicators, such as, overall satisfaction, management satisfaction, engineering satisfaction, and value for amount paid. To qualify for a Kingsley Excellence Award, a property’s customer satisfaction must exceed the Kingsley IndexTM, the most comprehensive performance benchmarking database in the real estate industry with over 120,000 stakeholders surveyed annually.
