CoStar Group Names Signal House Washington, D.C.’s Best New Commercial Development

The CoStar Impact Awards acknowledge commercial real estate projects in 2021 that have significantly influenced the surrounding neighborhoods or submarkets. Carr Properties’s first creative office building, Signal House is also the first new office building in the Union Market district, providing creative work solutions in the same vibrant neighborhood where people want to live, dine, and shop.
