The Wilson and The Elm Receive Local, National and International Acclaim in 2022

Bethesda Magazine named The Elm the Best Luxury Apartment in Bethesda for the second year in a row. CBS Streaming ranked The Elm in America’s top ten architectural statements on its first season of America ByDesign: Architecture. In addition, the Council on Tall Buildings and Urban Habitat recognized The Wilson & The Elm at its 2022 international conference, awarding the mixed-use project the Best Tall Building Award of Excellence.
