The Wilson & The Elm Named Mid-Atlantic Region’s Best Mixed-Used Development by ENR Magazine

August 5, 2021

Engineering News-Record magazine has named The Wilson & The Elm the Mid-Atlantic region’s Best Project of 2021 in the Mixed-Use Development category.

A three-tower, 940,000 square foot landmark development in the heart of Bethesda, Maryland, the project comprises The Wilson, a 23-story trophy office tower component, and The Elm, a two-tower, 456-unit residential component connected by a shared 300-foot-high Skybridge. The development also includes ground-floor retail and a 375,000 square-foot above-and below-grade parking facility.

ENR assembled two panels of industry judges to determine the awards. The judges evaluated nearly 90 projects in the Mid-Atlantic region, including Delaware, Maryland, Pennsylvania, Virginia, West Virginia and the District of Columbia.
