The first phase of the renovations, now complete, includes a world-class fitness center equipped with amenities such as instructor-led classes; on-demand workout programs; and a state-of-the-art conference center with high tech capabilities. This follows the announcement of the new Mediterranean concept Stefanelli will be bringing to Midtown Center – the most recent development project completed within the Carr portfolio.
