Carr Properties Announces Opening of Third WaveOffice

Inspirational and creative workspace expands into existing Class-A office building in Washington, DC’s Central Business District

Carr Properties has announced that their third WaveOffice location is now open and available for lease at 2001 Pennsylvania Avenue NW, Washington, DC 20006. Located on the 5^th floor, this WaveOffice location features five private office suites that can accommodate up to ~30 people per suite. Additionally, WaveOffice includes communal areas, craft coffee and sparkling water, a dedicated pantry, two conference rooms, huddle rooms, multiple touchdown spots and a wellness room. Customers of WaveOffice not only have access to the in-suite amenities, but also to the building amenities. Carr’s 2001 Penn currently includes a new state-of-the-art fitness center and secure bike storage. In addition, there will be a brand-new 30-40 person shared conference center anticipated to open in the building by summer of 2020. A grand opening event was held for this WaveOffice location on September 25, 2019.
