Industrious Adds Multiple New Locations Throughout Carr Properties’ Washington, DC Portfolio

Leading workplace provider set to take over three new coworking spaces, totaling 89,000 square feet, expanding the company’s DC Metro Area presence to a total of 12 locations

Industrious, the highest-rated workplace provider in the industry, today announced it will be partnering with Carr Properties to open three new flexible workspaces, totaling 89,000 square feet and located throughout the Washington, DC metro area. The new locations will increase Industrious’ Washington, DC presence to 12 flexible workspaces.

The new offices are located at The Hub (1615 L St NW), Signal House (1255 Union St NE) and 4500 East-West Hwy, and will provide members with greater flexibility to work throughout the Washington metropolitan region.

Industrious 4500 East-West Hwy – Bethesda, MD

Industrious 4500 East West will feature 286 total seats and 56 offices within its 24,503-square-foot office space. The building is located near the popular dining and retail shops at Bethesda Row and features a wide range of amenities including a secure bike room, high-end fitness center, and access to a rooftop with panoramic views of Bethesda and Northwest Washington, D.C. The location is set just 700 feet from the Bethesda Metro station, steps away from major bus lines and bike paths, and set above three levels of below-grade parking. The workspace in Bethesda is slated to open in August 2022.

Industrious The Hub, 1615 L St NW – Washington, DC

Industrious The Hub at 1615 L St, NW will be located in the heart of D.C. ‘s Central Business District, just minutes from the National Geographic Museum and near a wide range of dining and entertainment options. The building is just three blocks from the Farragut North and Farragut West Metro stations, providing members easy access to the Red, Orange, Blue Line trains, as well as the L Street and 16th Street thoroughfares. The building features recently renovated amenities including a lobby bar, tech lounge, state-of-the-art fitness center, large conference center, indoor terraces with soft seating, and an activated rooftop terrace. The space will span across nearly 40,456 square feet and feature 533 total seats with over 134 private offices. The location is slated to open in November 2022.

Industrious Signal House, 1255 Union St NE – Washington, D.C. 

Industrious Signal House will occupy 23,831 square feet of space within this 10-story, trophy office building. Located in the lively Union Market District, Signal House features a fitness center, bike room, an indoor/outdoor bar, and a rooftop lounge area with stunning views of the city. Industrious Signal House will feature 329 total seats and 80 private offices. This location is slated to open in December 2022.
